Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the rp33 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and place real-money bets on rp33. Age verification is mandatory.
Each player is entitled to hold exactly one rp33 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be confiscated pending investigation.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (typically 30x) that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rp33 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to player negligence.
Match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, bonus manipulation, and use of automated betting software are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
The following terms, where used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings set out below:

To register an account and place real-money bets on rp33, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
To access real-money betting and gaming features on rp33, you are required to complete the full registration and identity verification process. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, truthful, complete, and up to date.
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or being associated with multiple accounts — whether under your own name or the name of another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. The Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate all balances where duplicate accounts are identified.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
rp33 requires all Players to complete KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC documents required include:
KYC documentation is processed within 1–24 hours during standard operating hours (WIB). The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation where verification cannot be completed with the standard set of documents.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. rp33 will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
rp33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The Company does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed here.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting from Rp 10.000 for e-wallet channels and Rp 25.000 for local bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits are set at the channel level and are displayed at the point of transaction. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits are applied at the account level; verified players with full KYC approval receive higher limits. Specific limits are communicated to Players within the account dashboard.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically credited to your rp33 account within seconds to five (5) minutes of confirmed bank transfer. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited instantly upon confirmation. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems, network downtime, or force majeure events outside our control.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by the Company within 15 minutes to 24 hours of submission for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals for unverified accounts will be held pending completion of the KYC process. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the withdrawal being rejected and the transaction investigated under anti-money-laundering (AML) protocols.
4.5 Fees
rp33 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges. The Company accepts no liability for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
rp33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the more specific promotion terms shall prevail for that particular offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded by rp33 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be processed. For example, if you deposit Rp 100.000 and receive a Rp 100.000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rp 6.000.000 before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonus funds expire fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Any bonus funds remaining in your account after the expiry date will be automatically removed, along with any associated bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
rp33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close any account, where the Company determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements; placing bets on both sides of the same market using multiple accounts; or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion while minimising genuine risk.
5.5 Promotional Eligibility
Participation in any promotion is subject to the Player meeting all applicable eligibility requirements, including but not limited to age verification (21+), completion of KYC, and residency in Indonesia. The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any bets already placed under the promotion's terms will be honoured.
6.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on rp33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Odds are displayed in the format selected by the Player (decimal, fractional, or Indonesian format). rp33 reserves the right to suspend markets, restrict maximum stake sizes, void bets, or delay settlement where there is evidence of match-fixing, data feed errors, or other integrity concerns. Markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup qualifying are governed by the official rules of the relevant governing body.
6.2 Live (In-Play) Betting
Live betting markets are available on selected fixtures and are updated in real time. rp33 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during delays, stoppages, or technical incidents. Any bet accepted during a period of market suspension will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account.
6.3 Casino & Slot Games
All casino games and slot titles on the Platform are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game's specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are accessible within the game interface. rp33 does not modify game outcomes, which are determined entirely by the software provider's certified RNG systems.
6.4 Togel & Numbers Games
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other draw-based games are governed by the draw schedules and prize structures published on the relevant game page. In the event of a technical failure during a draw, rp33 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all stakes. Draw results are final once officially published by the relevant draw operator.
6.5 System Errors
In the event of a software malfunction, data feed error, human error, or any other technical fault that results in a game or market being offered or settled incorrectly, rp33 reserves the right to void affected bets and/or correct settlements. The Company will not be liable for any financial loss arising from erroneous odds, prices, or game configurations that are demonstrably the result of a technical error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp33 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
8.1 Termination by the Company
rp33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) a Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the Platform; or (d) the Company is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
8.2 Termination by the Player
You may close your account at any time by contacting rp33 customer support via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon account closure or termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any bets placed after the effective closure date will be voided. All provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect.
All content on the rp33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, software, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the exclusive property of rp33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law, including copyright, trademark, and database rights.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not: reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content; publicly perform or display any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use any content from the Platform in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of rp33 or any third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp33, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if rp33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, rp33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, rp33's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rp33 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, rp33 collects personal information — including your name, date of birth, national identity number, contact details, and financial transaction records — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of our services. The Company operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements within that jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between you and rp33 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. If you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling is regulated differently across various jurisdictions and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with any local laws or regulations applicable to you.
rp33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via the Platform, email notification, or prominent announcement on the homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date on which the most recent version took effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact customer support to request account closure.
